Our mission is to provide technologically advanced bioreactor solutions for creating new tissue engineered medical devices and clinically relevant therapies.  We also strive to define the standard for tissue growth devices and instrumentation. This philosophy permeates the design and fabrication of each TGT system.  Only by bringing to market the highest-quality and effective systems can we empower our customers.  We’ll be here from the seeding of the first scaffold all the way through the first pilot production line, and will do this with unwavering customer focus.

To that end, we have developed the DynaGen product platform, a series of growth systems that are:

• Simple
• Modular
• Multi-sample
• Based on experience

The modular DynaGen design allows for virtually limitless system modification and reconfiguration.  Many of the components are directly transferable both within a single tissue platform (i.e. vascular chambers on the LumeGen platform can be switched between 1 and 6 chamber systems) as well as between tissue growth platforms (frequently using common DynaGen stimulators, or GrowthWorks controller systems). We recognize that you aren’t just conducting an experiment, you’re growing a laboratory, and we build bioreactors and systems accordingly.

We also offer customized systems for those applications requiring unique solutions, and have an interest in serving both the simplest and most aggressive designs.

TGT’s systems in the field have enabled both systematic biological or biochemical research as well as advanced 3-D tissue studies, and every design is cast with an intent, where possible, to allow steady system evolution into greater degrees of sophistication, including automation and possible pilot production processing.
