DynaGen® TC Stimulator
The TC Stimulator provides tension/compression mechanical stimulation. Featuring a 20 or 40 newton linear motor, the TC controls both load and displacement and can be used with any of the LigaGen or CartiGen chambers.

DynaGen® 6Vr-83 Stimulator
The 6Vr pulsatile pressure mechanical stimulator features a 20 or 40 newton linear motor. This stimulator employs pressure control to deliver user defined pressure wave forms of physiological magnitude, with a maximum pressure of 200 mmHg delivered by the 20 N motor and 300 mmHg delivered by the 40 N motor. The 6Vr can be integrated with a computer controlled mean flow pump capable of low and high-flow configurations.

The 6Ocr-83 pulsatile hydrostatic pressure mechanical stimulator features a 20 or 40 newton linear motor. This stimulator employs pressure control to deliver user defined pressure wave forms of physiological magnitude, with a maximum pressure of 200 mmHg delivered by the 20 N motor, and 300 mmHg delivered by the 40 N motor. All DynaGen Stimulators feature a patented linear motor with flexure bearing system and integrated displacement transducer for unprecedented reliability, accuracy, and compactness. A single electrical cable connects the stimulator to the GrowthWorks Control System and accommodates most standard incubator ports. To enhance monitoring the culture environment, DynaGen stimulators accommodate additional instrumentation including load, pressure, temperature and non-contact displacement and strain measurement.
Advanced automation features, of particular use for large sample sizes and to reduce human error, are available on all systems. For example, large arrays of ligament chambers can be serviced by a single stimulator in a fully automated environment. The entire sequence of sample stimulation, stimulator indexing, and stimulator coupling/decoupling at each sample position is programmable through the GrowthWorks Application Software. Stimulation profiles, duration, and frequency of application are all customizable for individual or groups of samples.
