The TGT Support Desk guarantees that you receive help quickly for any questions or support requests, without seeking out specific individiuals within the company.  It ensures that your question or request is processed through a single tracking/management system, assigned to the right support staff, and followed-up to completion.

The TGT Support Desk is free to all customers for 60 days post-installation/delivery, all warranty items, and for all service agreement customers through the term of their agreement.
